Toshiba 19AV600U Works great,

We use the Toshiba in our bedroom for movies, playing Wii and as a computer monitor. It works great for all those purposes. Found it easy to use and set up. It was a great buy for us.

What a joy. We really like it. For years we have had a 10 inch CRT TV in our kitchen. We recently installed Verizon's FIOS so I decided to buy the smallest LCD TV I could find. Then found this in Amazon's outlet warehouse as an open box item. I don't know why we waited so long to buy and LCD TV. Its great.

Very good picutre and good, acceptable sound (which isn't the norm for tv's this size). Easily mounted it on a Peerless articulating arm.

Toshiba 19AV600U Awesome TV

This television is exceptional. Not only for the price, but the picture is incredible. I love it and when my other 2 small TVs (that are at least 10 years old each) bite the dust, I'm going to buy 2 more. Reading other reviews for this helped me decide to purchase this brand. I'm so glad I did.

I forgot to mention in the review that the tuner inside picks up many channels and the HD channels off air are amazing! Just as great as a 1080p set, but listed as a 720 it works 1080 gorgeous.

Amazon.com has the most affordable price listed on this set.

Toshiba 19AV600U This little TV rocks indeed

Only time will tell if this TV will last but I recieved it just several days after I ordered it for my elderly mother who wanted to replace an old TV in her bedroom. For now the unit will only be used as a regular television with nothing else attached to it.
The TV was super simple to setup. The colors are great and it is meant to be watched from at least 5 feet away I would say and you will see a clear picture. Mom will be watching it from about 8 feet away.
I was concerned about the other reviewers' issues with the attached stand but mine only had plastic wrap which I easily removed. You then rotate the stand to its proper position manually. There is a switch that you will see once you rotate the stand, to 'Lock' or 'Unlock'
My TV also came with a comprehensive manual and the box itself had illustrations for the basic unpacking of the unit including the rotation of the stand.

Toshiba 19AV600U Awesome Little TV!!

I just returned a piece of junk Coby 15" TV and purchased the Toshiba 19" 19AV600U for my kitchen. What a great TV. The picture is awesome, the viewing angle is great, and the feature set is better than most similar TVs. I really like being able to re-label the channel descriptions because I don't have a cable box and the HD channels are all over the place. I can label them and then save them to the favorites, which makes them easy to scroll thru. I thought I would save money with the Coby but what a piece of junk. It had a very poor picture and a terribly limited viewing angle. The coby stopped working after two days. I am very happy with the Toshiba and I'm sure you will be too.
